We integrate evidence-based behavioural strategies with relationship-focused and executive-functioning frameworks to support individuals across the lifespan.

By working closely with families and building meaningful, achievable goals, we create thoughtful new steps that foster communication, independence, and long-term growth. Our programs will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

Give your child the tools they need to succeed in life—not just in school. The Focus & Do It Program helps children and youth develop the essential executive functioning skills needed for greater independence, confidence, and success. Through personalized coaching, practical strategies, and real-world application, participants learn how to stay focused, get organized, manage emotions, follow through on responsibilities, and overcome everyday challenges. Our goal is to help transform frustration into confidence, reduce parent-child struggles, and empower young people to move from “I can’t do it” to “I can do it!”—at home, at school, and in life.

The transition to adulthood can feel overwhelming, but the right support can make all the difference. The GetLifeReady Skills Program helps young adults build the confidence, independence, and practical life skills needed to thrive in everyday life. Through relationship-based coaching, hands-on learning, and real-world experiences, participants develop essential skills for navigating their community, managing daily responsibilities, building meaningful relationships, and preparing for future employment opportunities. Our goal is to empower young adults to become more capable, confident, and ready for the next stage of life.

Supporting children and youth can be rewarding—but it can also be challenging when you are unsure what strategies will work. The Forward Together Training Series empowers parents and professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to better understand and support children and youth in everyday situations. Through engaging, relationship-based, and evidence-informed training, participants learn real-world strategies that can be immediately applied at home, school, and in the community—helping build stronger relationships, greater independence, and lasting success.
