A relationship-based approach

Parents play an important role in helping children learn through everyday interactions. RDI® focuses on the thinking and relationship skills that support participation in changing, real-life situations.

At New Step, RDI® principles may be incorporated into consultation, parent coaching, social skills programs, and individualized intervention plans. Our Executive Director, Tahnee Lam, is a Certified RDI® Program Consultant.
