Our Behavioural Intervention Program provides individualized, evidence-informed support to build functional communication, emotional regulation, learning readiness, and positive behaviour across everyday environments.
Guided by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and uniquely informed by Relationship Development Intervention® (RDI®) principles, our approach prioritizes relationship, thinking skills, and developmental flexibility—supporting meaningful progress that grows with the individual over time.

Combining regular behaviour consultation, direct intervention sessions, and parent collaboration, this program provides individualized strategies to build communication, social, behavioural, executive functioning, and independence skills across home, school, and community settings.

Our Growth Program is designed for children and teens who benefit from ongoing behavioural support with fewer one-on-one intervention hours.
The program includes regular behaviour consultation, weekly Behaviour Consultant-led group sessions, and flexible drop-in intervention sessions (booking required) to support social, behavioural, executive functioning, and independence skills across home, school, and community settings.

How does the program work?
Our ABA+RDI Program begins with an individualized assessment of your child's strengths, challenges, and goals. A Behaviour Consultant works closely with families to develop personalized strategies and target skills that are meaningful to the child’s daily life.
Depending on the selected program, support may include direct intervention sessions, group-based learning opportunities, parent coaching, and ongoing consultation.
Our approach combines evidence-based behavioural strategies with a focus on relationship development, executive functioning, problem-solving, and independence. Progress is regularly reviewed and programs are adjusted to ensure goals remain relevant and effective across home, school, and community settings.

What can I expect during the intake process?
Once the intake form has been completed, our Administrative Assistant will contact you by email to schedule a complimentary 30-minute virtual meeting with our Executive Director, who will further discuss your child's needs and answer any questions you may have.
